Follow-up Comment #12, bug #22678 (project freeciv):
Here is a comparison of the same pick nation window in the same gtk3 client
using two different themes (freeciv and adwaita).

The Adwaita theme has a far clearer and sharper image for both flags and
cities than the freeciv theme.
