Details:
I updated the tileset Amplio, including some features from Amplio2, but
keeping the color palette, and the small flags.

Please, let me know if you are interested to include some of those changes in
the version of amplio hosted here.
Most of the changes are just copy paste, except the forests, that I spent a
lot of time to rearrange, to try to avoid ugly patterns.
