Follow-up Comment #10, bug #23022 (project freeciv):
I didn't have any trouble with window resizing with the 2.5.0-beta2 Gtk3
client. So I guess it's some bad interaction between our Gtk 2.24.20 and the
Glib (or something) that comes with Gtk 3.10.4?
As expected, I didn't see any trouble with Freeciv-2.4.4-win32-gtk2 either.
