Follow-up Comment #3, patch #5466 (project freeciv):
The problem with this patch is that it increases reliance on DEBUG flag on
headers that should be includable to external projects. Still, this is not a
completely new bug, so I consider committing this as is and later fixing DEBUG
issue in its entirety in another ticket. Waiting a bit longer for other
opinions.
