Follow-up Comment #1, patch #5546 (project freeciv):
Since I got no feedback in 48 hours, I addressed both flaws the lazy way:
* Defined help_uclass_max_values in helpdata.h.
* Added gui_qt_font_help_title option, defaults to bold Sans Serif.
