Details:
Rename process_defender_want() as dai_process_defender_want() and make it
available outside advmilitary.[ch] module.
This is extracted from patch #5442 to resolve issues with patch conflicts
depending on what of my experimental patches are applied. This patch is safe
to take even when patch #5442 is not included, so other patches can always us
dai_process_defender_want() function name.
