Follow-up Comment #2, bug #23246 (project freeciv):
The patch was needed to use the GTK+ 3.10.4 bundle, but this bundle caused
problems with the GTK+ 2 client (bug #23022). So we probably don't want to use
this version of the gnuwin environment for future releases.
