Details:
It would be useful to rearrange governor presets (with drag'n'drop, buttons or
both), because after you play for a while and create a dozen of presets, it
becomes difficult to find the one you want. With rearranging, you could put
similar presets next to each other.
Also a way to rename existing presets would be nice.
