Follow-up Comment #1, patch #6277 (project freeciv):
Do you have some specific reason in mind for changing alien rules? At this
point the goal is to get it to work (hopefully to get it released as part of
3.0) so no changes just for the sake of the changes. That's more like
experimental ruleset stuff.
