_Do you have some specific reason in mind for changing alien rules?_
My reason for not changing them back to the old behavior was that I didn't
know if you had incorporated the new behavior in your design or not.

I assume you mean changes from the pre action enabler behavior and not changes
from the current behavior. Correct me if I'm wrong.
