Follow-up Comment #1:

cazfi points out that that range is compensating for a specific property of
the 'variant2' ruleset, so there's no reason to think it transfers well to our
standard rulesets.


< cazfi_> Yes, variant2 aggressive trait has been adjusted to match other 
          features of the ruleset. It's sort of hack around the fact that 
          default AI does not change its behavior depending on the rules.
< cazfi_> With the default aggressivity trait AI does not attack at all 
          in very early game (as measured in "known techs")
< cazfi_> As our researchcost is high, and the "very early game" lasts 
          long, that makes AI to lose the game before it starts.


We can still tweak the other ranges to match 'variant2' (change 35-80 to
30-90), and we may as well start with that range for 'aggressive' too.

That means we can leave 'default' values at engine's default of 50.
