Details:
In current crosser development version based build I encountered situation
where configure does not find SDL/2 project headers, apparently because they
are in SDL / SDL2 subdirectory of the default include/ (not sure how this has
usually worked - I assume that the main SDL/2 library project build has been
adding relevant include path - which means we've had latent bug anyway in that
we've been happily finding SDL/SDL_image.h as SDL2 SDL_image.h)
