Details:
Particularly in the early game, I find that when a treaty dialog pops up, I
have to refer back to the Players dialog to work out who they are and whether
I care, because I think of them as "the blue people on my north border" rather
than the Mongols.
I'm not sure where exactly to incorporate the colour though. The contrast tool
added in bug #24120 may help.
