The NSIS docs <http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Docs/Modern%20UI/Readme.html>
suggest that MUI_LICENSEPAGE_TEXT_TOP might be the right thing to tweak here.
I've not attempted to make a patch as I don't have the ability to build
installers. I won't treat that as a blocker for 2.5.2.
