Details:
It's unlikely that there's ever going to be msys2 based sdl-client installer
package. Sdl-client has already been dropped from TRUNK. Instead sdl2-client
installer should be there. Attached patch is mostly just search and replace
'sdl' -> 'sdl2'. Rename the files 'installer_msys2/freeciv-sdl.cmd' and
'installer_msys2/create-freeciv-sdl-nsi.sh' themselves before applying this
patch.
