Hi,

c08bd0088acb90abb20d9626c4da7fb8a982f944 changed
gtk_style_context_add_provider_for_screen(
gtk_widget_get_screen(toplevel),...
to
gtk_style_context_add_provider(gtk_widget_get_style_context(toplevel),...

but this leads to the css not being applied to the splash screen's
button or the "Client Settings" window (for me, with gtk3 3.18.9-1).
See before and after screenshots.

Reverting back to _for_screen fixes this.

Please apply.
