Details:
sdl already used the obvious order of tileset_init, tileset_load_tiles,
tileset_use_preferred_theme. Change the gtk clients to follow suit.
Tested by running the gtk3x client where i could see no difference.
Reasoning for this change was that i wanted to setup the gtk style as early as
reasonable. If nothing it makes the clients consistent in this respect.
