Follow-up Comment #1, bug #24637 (project freeciv):
- Newline after the line. (log_error() has been adding one automatically)
Behavior is kept as it is, though there would be arguments for treating
multiple ruleset setting commandline options as fatal error instead of just
warning about it and continuing using only first one of those.
