Follow-up Comment #5, task #7951 (project freeciv):
(This version also renames some files. Since the modpack system doesn't have
white-outs, this means that long-time users will be left with orphaned files
when they upgrade. This might be the first time this has happened. It should
be harmless, if untidy, and won't persist indefinitely once 2.5 is obsolete.)
