Follow-up Comment #6, task #7951 (project freeciv):
Conserning renames: We had similar situation with civ2civ3 ruleset on 2.3.
Back then the solution was to fork version available via fcmp from the
upstream so that it kept the original names.
Reworking the fcmp database is something we need to look at. I already
mentioned moving to sqlite3-based database. First step in patch #7379.
