Details:
At the moment http://svn.gna.org/viewcvs/freeciv/branches/ or
http://svn.gna.org/svn/freeciv/branches/ looks rather odd, should 2.5.3 and
freeciv-web be deleted?
Rationale: freeciv-web is alive and kicking on github, the eight years old SVN
branch only muddies the water.
And if http://freeciv.wikia.com/wiki/Release_Cycle and
http://freeciv.wikia.com/wiki/Release got it right there should be no 2.5.3
branch, or rather, whatever it was good for, with Freeciv at 2.5.4 the special
2.5.3 case could be useless now.
