Added new page, it shows only "Loading ..." label.
Its visible after sending "/load %XXX" command
and before real switching to PAGE_START
(otherwise if just staying on PAGE_LOAD or PAGE_SCENARIO player would have a
lot of time to click "cancel" or load another save)
