No, I don't think there are any firm plans yet; the furthest we got was resetting the schedule advertised on the opening screen from March to June in beta4, and that was a guess. It's rather quiet on the development front (it's only me committing to S2_3, to be honest). That said, there have been some string changes since beta4, notably the "%d gold" ones discussed here <http://gna.org/bugs/?17928>, which touches quite a few strings. If any translator were especially keen to keep up to date, there's a bit of work to be done.
