Its not conclusive, but I think I have fixed the race that was breaking native-
destruction of colonies.  We shall see.

If so, this is what I have left to do before 0.10.6:
1. Fix TransportMission (not easy alas)
2. Fix the REF (currently broken by TransportMission so it might just happen 
with #1).

I had a good look through the bug list last night (back as far as 0.10.0-pre),
and the only really nasty ones left there is those that I am claiming are due 
to getResponse() --- any progress there Paolo?  I will look at BR#3487679 but 
that should be fixed by recent changes to NativeAIPlayer.  BR#3519724 Wrong 
display of "skill taught in settlement", and BR#3522053 Negative production of 
hammers, would be nice to sort out too.
