1. Release 0.10.6 ASAP
I am still blocking that, the Map/pathfinding cutover is taking longer than it 
should, which blocks my rewrite of TransportMission, which I wanted to do to 
fix the REF transport bug, which is the main blocker for 0.10.6 IMHO.  So if 
anyone wants to do a quick and dirty hack to kick the REF, I am feeling more 
sympathy for that approach.

2. Release 1.0, on the 10 year anniversary, as Michael proposed earlier this 
year
Its looking ambitious, with lots of outstanding PendingFeatures still.  
However, that is where I am aiming.

3. Fix the 138 or so open bugs
4. Add cool stuff that makes FreeCol better
5. Have fun doing #1-#4

Or were you perhaps thinking of something more specific?:-)  If so, I caution 
against applying the methods of professional software project management to a 
volunteer free software project.  #5 is very important.
