Ah yes, I apologize for re asking about an answered response. I've found
the "Map Scroll" bug #2394 and am attempting to reproduce it. From the bug
report I assume the scrolling bug happens without the Mouse1 click. So far,
however, scrolling only happens with the colony interface (or other
interfaces) open and when Mouse1 is clicked and held on the edge of the
screen.
I assume scrolling with menu interfaces open is intended as long as you
click using Mouse1?
