I have introduced a few new option groups in order to better organize the client options: https://sourceforge.net/p/freecol/git/ci/1c55490087042ef87eb50e5beaf2e48b6493381a/ The animation speed options are placed in "Display" and not the new "Interface", since these options should be visible when the player wants to adjust the performance. All resolution and performance related options will now be placed in "Display" ... and this includes the new (uncommitted) options for changing the scaling and font sizes.
