     There exist "Public Domain" term, when you _not_ restrict your code in
usage by others at all. Others may stole, change, kill your code - this will
not affect you. But this also mean, that companies like MS may get your code
and then require that you will pay for them for getting it back. :( This is
what you want?

     About exepackers. I suggest, they are like compilers (and, unlike
compilers, they even unneccessary for programs), so there should be no
barrier from GPL to use exepackers on GPLed programs, unless this prevented
by exepacker license.

     Changing your program license from GPL to other license will not stop
exepacker authors to prevent you from usage of their work. So, tom, I think,
you under very big mistake.
