     Exepacker _isn't_ required for _working executable_ reproduction. And
GPL doesn't says that recompiled (reproduced) executable should be 100%
identical.

     Exepacker modifies _not_ a _Program_, but program _image_. If I paste
sticker to diskette, where program contained, thus I modify program?!
