     Possible. Notwithstanding that aPack itself doesn't include possibility
to extract original executable, you _may_ (manually or with some program)
extract executable and remove stub. (Extracted executable willn't
neccessarily be 100% equal, because aPack doesn't preserves garbage in
headers, but this is garbage). After this, program will continue to work, as
before.
