They absolutely have NO RIGHT to break into other countries (or their own) users PC and check whatever inside. It's no different from break into your home and search for something they think it's "illegal". Our "great country" keep doing THIS even nowadays, that's why I didn't call myself "Chinese" but "Hong Kong Citizen", same logic as Taiwanese. This is the simplest form human right!
