     6.22: without RAM no UMB. Though, I think, making UMB even without RAM
is acceptable and even more convenient (EMM386 _usually_ used for UMB, so
"NOUMB" for disabling UMB is more logical, than "RAM" to enable them).

     Yes, but this not very known (because is a side effect).
