Both listed as Reserved in the EMS 4.0 specifications.

These functions are for implementing swapping. They descriptions are
present in consequent documentation. (I have copy of LIM EMS 4.0, October
1987, transcribed into machine readable form by Dick Flanagan; though,
slightly reformated by me to make more convenient for use).
