Hi Jeremy,

the easy part is a theory, just that. I am working on it for 9 hours now and it just does not work. Error is bellow

maybe I was not clear, a mini suppl library is now included

I figured that out. Not the easy way.

so you do not have to do anything regarding it. Do not create the skip file, do not try to download it, just ignore any mention of it existing. (The docs still explain it because you can still use the full suppl library and everything else mentioned -- in theory, I haven't actually tried since I always use the included suppl library, but were correct the last time I did it that way).

it works in small model, but in large it seems that locks compiling

So to clarify,
  copy config.std to config.mak
edit config.mak so the paths match your setup
> --- once config.mak is done you do not have to do again

Ok, just TCC and NASM

edit config.h for the options you want in your custom FreeCom
--- once config.h is modified, only change if you want to

no modifications

run build xms-swap (for xms-swap variety) or just build (not xms-swap build), adding a language if you don't want english
  wait while it compiles

I am getting this error 12 times:
  Error: Segment _TEXT exceeds 64k
it happens at a link operation, but I am not sure if it is command.exe

I gess that this would be because of debug but it is off in config.h, where else could it be?

if on windows and it fails, run clean and build step again
copy command.com to where you want it

Not windows, Linux=dosemu+FreeDOS :)

--- repeat these last couple of steps (after a call to clean.bat) if you make changes or want a different set of options (language, swap method, or you modified config.h again).

ok
