Hi,

I think the FreeDOS Spec needs to be updated to reflect the use of
OpenWatcom instead of Borland C++.  It seems to me that the change is
happening anyway, and it would also mean that FreeDOS could aim for
self-bootstrapping with free software rather than being dependant on
non-free tools.
