At this stage of FreeDOS, I'm not real excited about changing basic code 
functions I've never touched before,  but I guess I've already started 
doing that, and hopefully it will make Qemu happier.  I don't think TF is 
important since a good debugger can get around it, but the IF status could 
be critical.
