There are problems with format=flowed beastie in different mailers.

Wrong. Letter not "Word document", and in format=flowed line breaks
treated differently, depending on spaces at the line start and end. In any
case, without "format=flowed", all lines (with line breaks)in letter should
be interpreted as separate lines/paragraphs.
