Well, this is more serious. :( With such config (when there are no
memory available for UMB), EXEPACK'ed programs will not work correctly. :(
But yes, this also not very common situation. But, I suggest, we may
prepare next release at any time, even before releasing FD1.0 - existing new
release not necessarily mean, that distributive maker _must_ include this
newer release (whereas delaying may force lost in interest to fix issues).
