In the ..../share/dosemu/Xfonts directory, you should find several
pcf.gz font files:


fonts.alias
fonts.dir
vga10x20-cp866.pcf.gz
vga10x24.pcf.gz
vga11x19.pcf.gz
vga12x30.pcf.gz
vga8x19.pcf.gz
vga-cp866.pcf.gz
vga.pcf.gz


These are what you need to install on the box where you are trying to
_view_ XDOSEMU (not run it, since the message suggests you are running
DOSEMU on a machine different from where you are trying to view it.)
Depending on what your X Windows system is, you will need to do
different things.  For most versions of x.org (i.e. on Linux) I think
it's as simple as copying these pcf.gz files to your $HOME/.fonts
directory.
