Ufff, I forgot important thing - the second line in KBT file specifies which unicode table will be used for conversion in unicode mode. For most westeuropian countries it will be CP850UNI.TBL for easteuropian CP852UNI.TBL for cyrilic CP866UNI.TBL and so on...
