That's not true.

There's a big difference between 'no new API' and 'no new
developement'

In fact one of the biggest improvement to DOS - which is useful to ANY
user - is completely new (if you count 2003 as 'new'), was never
before even attempted in DOS, and is completely API independent.

I'm talking about Jack's UDMA drivers.

No. I mentioned a couple of things that might be made or made better.

OTOH it looks like the majority of FreeDOS developers thinks, that the
job to have a free DOS is done; time to retire ;)
