I do occasionnaly browse to see if there is a kernel bug, that looks
reproducible, and see if I find a fix for that.

proposing a pragmatic solution:

leave the old bugreports in bugzilla (if possible in readonly mode),
so the bugs are still there.

start a new, empty source forge tracker.

possibly transfer the 3 bugs the hurt most manually into the new
tracker.
