Hi, JWasm is available, a Masm v6 compatible Assembler, Open Source:
http://www.japheth.de/JWasm.html It's available in 2 zips, binary and source. The binary package contains both a Win32 and DOS application. I'm afraid it's not fdupdate compatible.
