Well, I wouldn't recommend 7zdecode from 4.65 since it didn't support
'x' (dir extract) nor LZMA2 nor PPMD.

Anyways, here's a quick DJGPP-only compile (with 8.3 clean filenames)
for 9.22 (from LZMA SDK):

I did bind CWSDSTUB.EXE r7 to it, just to make it stand-alone and
"free software" (unlike D3X, sadly), so it's approx. 67 kb, but don't
worry, I disabled swapping (but it can be very easily reenabled, of
course). I did a quick diff (compared to 9.12) to take a look, but I
didn't see any obvious features or bugfixes though there were a few
oddball changes.

P.S. Sorry, I know you (DOS386) hate RapidShare, but I don't know of
another good *temporary* place to store it for you (yet).
