I'm afraid not. I've just been confronted to some of the issues that 
come with localization and codepages, and know that it's awesomely 
difficult to get right. But that's about it...

In a perfect world, Unicode would have been invented around the time DOS 
was created, and all of BIOS, Video and DOS would have switched to using 
that internally ;)
