As far as I know, Xorg cannot run on DOS.

There is Cygwin/X but for Windows, not DOS:

http://www.directfb.org/ could possibly be an alternative but I am not
sure at all it could be ported to DOS.

I'd like to point on an old (2002) GTK project for Nano-X, because it
is not obvious to find:
