Going from memory, but the task list would have been a to-do list, indicating what we've accomplished so far and what else we still needed to do. Maybe this was also posted to conp.os.msdos.programmer so you might be able to find it there. If it was posted there.
The coding standards were a set of rules or guidelines that discussed how to write code. We later adopted this into the FreeDOS Documentation Project (FD-DOC) and then moved into the wiki. Everything from FD-DOC was moved into the wiki, as far as I remember.
