Thanks for the edits. I've updated the wiki page to move "XMGR and
FDXMS" from "Need to have" to "Nice to have." I also added the MODE
item you mentioned.

I also collected the program updates listed under "Nice to have" into
a single item list titled "2. Program updates and bug fixes" so it's
clear what these are.

For the additions you mentioned: my opinion is that we should draw a
straight line from RC4 to "1.3 final." So I'm very wary of adding new
programs at this time. You were on the video call on Sunday when I
repeated that: "We are trying to draw a 'straight line' between
FreeDOS 1.3 RC4 and FreeDOS 1.3. New packages may not be considered
for FreeDOS 1.3 at this time, unless consensus on the freedos-devel
email list." Unless there's clear consensus that we should *add* new
programs to "1.3," I'd prefer to push those new packages to "2.0"

And: I've mirrored the INFOPLUS program to Ibiblio under
http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/micro/pc-stuff/freedos/files/util/system/infoplus/
