I get "Not Found" when I visit that URL, but I think I found it at
https://github.com/dajhorn/retro7zip/releases/tag/24.09%2B1_dos

I only see source code (zip and tar.gz) but no DOS exe program. Are
you planning to add an exe asset to the tag? If so, I would be happy
to mirror this to the FreeDOS Files Archive at Ibiblio, and post an
announcement on the FreeDOS website about this.
