FreeDOS 1.4 is live! I've copied the FreeDOS 1.4 "GM" release to the official FreeDOS 1.4 distribution location: https://www.ibiblio.org/pub/micro/pc-stuff/freedos/files/distributions/1.4/
I've also updated the website so it links to FreeDOS 1.4, and updated the "about FreeDOS 1.4" text on the download page. And I made a news item for the front page to announce FreeDOS 1.4. I'll make a few quick announcements on Fosstodon and Facebook now. I wrote the news item quickly, based on what was there from the test release, so I'm sure I missed some big changes. Please reply here to let me know what else I should emphasize for FreeDOS 1.4. I can use that -- and I'll go through the news items[1] -- to update the text tomorrow. I'll also write some "What's New" articles to share around at All Things Open and a few other places.
